They Named Her John is the studio practice of artist Jessica Phillips. Each artwork in my collection is a one-of-a-kind piece created in my home studio in Houston, Texas. I hope you will enjoy my work as much as I enjoy making it!

Shipping
Items ship within 3-5 days of order placement. I typically ship via USPS priority with tracking and insurance and I will provide you with your tracking number and shipping confirmation when the package is on it’s way to you.

My shop is set up to ship to US addresses only. If you live outside the US and wish to purchase my work, please contact me directly and I will create an international shipping quote for you.

If you are in Houston, TX and would like to arrange free pickup, just enter the discount code "LOCAL" at checkout.

Packaging/Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order.

 If there is any damage from shipping, please send me a photo of the damaged item as well as the packaging it arrived in. I will work with you to provide a refund or a suitable replacement piece.

I hope you will love your purchase, but I always accept returns of items if this is not the case. Just let me know and then send it back to me. Once I have received the item, I will refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
